- Moved monthly meter collection from paper forms to on-site mobile data entry with validation and sync.
- Built anomaly detection that flags readings outside historical range, catching meter rollover and data-entry errors before they reach the billing system.
- Designed offline-first architecture with queue-based batch sync, enabling meter readers to complete full daily routes without network coverage.
- Delivered end-to-end full-stack system — Flutter mobile client, Laravel REST API, and MySQL schema — as sole developer.
